Church in the Country in Woodville is accepting bids for a contracted cleaning position for our Country Youth Center (CYC). We are looking for a reliable cleaning company or individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for weekly ministry use.

Service Schedule
  • Weekly cleaning from January through May
  • Summer months may shift to biweekly or as-needed
  • Weekly cleaning resumes beginning in August (school year)
About the Building (Open Layout)

The CYC is primarily three large open spaces, which makes it straightforward and efficient to clean:

  • Main downstairs open area: approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
  • Upstairs open area: approximately 2,000 sq. ft.
  • Additional downstairs open room: approximately 1,500 sq. ft.

These areas include access to restrooms, a kitchen area, and worship/gathering spaces.

Expected Cleaning Scope (Not Limited To)
  • Sweeping all open areas
  • Sweeping upstairs areas with periodic mopping
  • Wiping down tables and all hard surfaces
  • Periodic mopping of kitchen and restroom areas
  • Vacuuming designated worship area
