About the Event

For more than a decade, Church in the Country has celebrated Freedom Sunday as a special day to thank God for the freedoms we enjoy and honor those who have sacrificed to protect them.

Since 2014, thousands of people have attended our Freedom celebrations, gathering to celebrate faith, family, freedom, and community.

This year, America celebrates its 250th birthday. Because of that historic milestone, we’re moving our celebration to Friday night and kicking off Independence Day weekend with Freedom Friday.

Join us for free food, live music, skating, games, golf simulator competitions, championship rings, and the largest fireworks show in Tyler County.
