reNEWvate: Project Overview
reNEWvate is our effort to refresh, upgrade, and improve our buildings and property so they’re more welcoming, more functional, and ready for ministry.

New Front on Main Building + Water Feature Baptistry
Add wood elements for a Bass Pro Shops–style look, relocate all four glass doors to the center (remove other windows), and add a country water feature with large rocks, landscaping, and an outdoor baptistry area.
CYC Front Renovation & Covered Walkway
Update the front of the Country Youth Center (CYC) to better match the new main building look and add a covered walkway between the main building and the CYC for weather protection.
New Parking Lot & Road / Drop-Off Area
New asphalt or rock parking lot with more well-paved handicap spots. Additional new parking lot behind the CYC for youth.
Transform Current Old Office into New Garage
Convert the existing old office into a garage for 2 vans plus additional storage space.
New Office / Conference Room & Counseling Space (Upstairs)
Create a new office, conference room, and counseling space upstairs in the old youth area of the main building.
New Stage Lights & Cameras (3)
Current stage lights are barely hanging on and our livestream cameras are well past their lifespan.
New LED Wall for Back of Stage (16 ft × 9 ft)
Will reduce the need for stage decorations and make the stage look awesome behind the singers, band, and pastor.
Expanded & Upgraded Coffee Shop
Expand current coffee shop, offer specialty coffees for sale (while still providing free coffee), add concessions capability for special events, and include a fountain machine.
Upgraded Outdoor Playground for Kids
New playground with a small sitting pavilion area.
New Flooring for Country Youth Center (CYC)
Replace current slippery, unfinished concrete with proper flooring and court lines for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. Floor the upstairs area (currently painted plywood) and add a shower (and possibly another bathroom) upstairs for visitors.
Full Interior & Exterior Painting
Repaint everything inside the main building (about 10 years old) and perform necessary exterior painting.
Other Minor Projects
- Fence off the septic area between the CYC and main building
- Finish the band/green room to the side of the stage
- Finish out the area behind the stage (rafters currently exposed)
